May/June Updates: Filming, Castings, and New Releases!
May was a very busy month for me. June is proving to be busy, too! These weeks have been filled with many new projects, good developments, and releases of films I worked on. Below is a list of some updates that happened to me last month and this month!
Throughout May, I acted in upcoming episodes of a YouTube comedy web series called The Adventures of FBoys. I play the character Allergy: an assistant. Filming for Season 2 is still ongoing and a release date will be announced soon.
Earlier this month, I teamed up with Little Did She Know director Christopher Orangeo again for his new comedy film When a Blind Man Cries. I have a supporting role in the short.
I play a featured role in Wesley Wang’s sci-fi short Mute. After a small festival run, the movie has been released to YouTube! You can watch it here.
I acted as a producer and played a supporting role in Jack Foley’s short film Holly Hill. We filmed the project in Colt’s Neck NJ, and it is currently in post-production.
After acting in A Midsummer Night’s Dream last year, I have been cast as Viola in Atlantic City Theatre Company’s July production of William Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night. This marks the second time I have acted in the play and as Viola: the first time was for Ocean County Repertory Theatre’s production in 2015, when I was 17 years old.
Finally, I have taken to posting comedic videos on YouTube again! In light of the Johnny Depp v. Amber Heard trial, I have been creating videos that parody Amber Heard’s testimony. You can watch the first video in the series here.
Hoping this summer is full of more opportunities: as well as some much-needed R&R. Thanks for reading! :)
